  • All red meat including; Pork (bacon and ham), Beef, Lamb and only having chicken or turkey occasionally

  • Most dairy products (except; yoghurt, ricotta, mozzarella, fetta and goat’s cheese are allowed)
  • Wheat products (bread flour, pasta)

  • Legumes; Lima Beans, Kidney Beans,
