Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. As such, it is appreciated that you confirm your appointments in plenty of time so that other clients have the opportunity to take that time slot if you cannot attend.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation with more than 12 hours and less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment fee or the deposit paid at the time of your booking, which may be waived or refunded at my discretion.
2. Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice or no notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the consultation.

In the instance of initial appointments, a $50 deposit is collected at the time of booking and is credited towards your first appointment.
