Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. As such, it is appreciated that you confirm your appointments in plenty of time so that other clients have the opportunity to take that time slot if you cannot attend.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of your appointment fee.
2. Cancellation with no notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of your appointment fee.
